Microsoft announced the continuation of its Surface Book line with the powerful Surface Laptop Studio, with a very important design change. Now instead of a detachable screen, the screen is pulled forward to transform the device from a laptop to a tablet.

The 14.4-inch PixelSense Flow screen with 2400x1600 resolution supports 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision. The laptop has three modes, laptop, stage and studio. The first one obviously works like a laptop, the stage has the screen in front covering the keyboard with a tilt suitable for gaming, streaming or presentations. Finally, the studio turns the laptop into a tablet and is suitable for drawing or writing by hand. However, Microsoft avoids saying the word tablet, since the Surface Laptop Studio is not only light at 1.8 kg and 1.78 cm.


Internally we have an 11th generation Intel Core i5 or i7, with the i5 models having Intel Iris Xe graphics and the i7s the Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti. The RAM is available in 16GB and 32GB and the SSD storage space reaches up to 2TB.

There are 2 USB 4 ports with Thunderbolt 4, the Surface Connect charging port and an audio jack.
